Rob has over 30 years of experience in the residential block management sector, holding a variety of positions from Property Manager to Managing Director.
In addition he has been involved in establishing and running a number of property related business covering areas including legal services, sales, lettings and property maintenance.
He maintains an overview of all residential property management matters across the group.
Ben heads up the corporate accounting team which handles the financial affairs of the company. Ben has over 20 years of experience and is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
John started working for Crabtree in 2007 as a Property Manager having started in the industry as a Concierge in 2001. John has grown through the company creating and enhancing existing developer/client relationships taking this experience into his current role as Business Development Director.
Steve has been working in the insurance industry for over 30 years. He is an associate of the Institute of Risk Management and a member of AIRMIC. He brings a wealth of experience to the company with detailed knowledge of the property insurance market.
Angela started her own property management company in 2002 which after 13 years of successful trading was sold. Angela then worked with the purchasers for 3 years before joining Crabtree in January 2018 to oversee Systems and Operations management and to provide additional oversight and monitoring of property management processes.
Vicky manages the Accounts Team and acts as Privacy controller for Crabtree. Vicky joined Crabtree in 2003 and has held roles in a number of departments including Accounts and Credit Control. GDPR administration also falls within Vicky’s role ensuring staff, Clients and external contacts adhere to the new guidelines.
Kate Robinson is MIRPM qualified and has over 15 years’ experience within the Property Management market. Kate’s primary focus has been managing large high end residential developments, but also has experience within the mixed use market. Having worked within both management companies and client/development side enables Kate to have a full perspective of what is the appropriate customer service requirements and aims not only to provide this high level delivery to all clients and leaseholders but also to ensure that all team members working within Crabtree understand this requirement and manage accordingly.
Michael joined the company in August 2014 and has over 15 years experience in Facilities Management. He is a member of IWFM and IOSH and oversees the facilities function in the buildings that our employees occupy.
Tim joined Crabtree in 2008 as IT Manager, and has over 25 years’ experience in IT across a broad range of roles.
