Niall was instrumental in establishing Fexco Property Services and has been working in the business since its inception.

Niall oversees strategy, growth and performance for the group and is a fellow of CIMA, a member of IRPM and an associate of RICS. Prior to involvement with Fexco Property Services, he has held various senior finance positions within the wider Fexco group since 2002. Niall has been involved in the residential management sector via the PICA group, the largest strata (block) manager in Australia, where he assisted Fexco with oversight and growth.

Erjona joined FPS in October 2025 as HR Manager, bringing over 10 years of cross-industry experience. Erjona leads the in-house recruitment and HR Team, and as a CIPD Associate Member, she brings a people-first, high-trust approach to her work. Erjona is passionate about building a supportive and empowering culture where individuals can thrive.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, Cooking and staying active.

Alex has 25 years of experience in Asset and Property Management, the last 15 of which being in senior leadership roles. With specialist expertise in the creation and management of large and complex schemes his experience spans a broad range from affordable housing in the not for profit sector through to super prime luxury living.  He is passionate about creating and sustaining communities and the role that effective property management plays in this.
