Your Online Account

We have invested heavily in technological advances as we strive to differentiate the Crabtree offering. Our document management system and Online Lessee Portal facilities have been updated to allow Crabtree residents the opportunity to log in at their convenience, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, worldwide to access their account, make online payments, download relevant documents and keep abreast of the latest news. Clients may also sign up for text and email alerts as we strive to provide unrivalled client support and ultra-convenience for our residents.
To use our online services, you will need to register, please select the following link Register Online. You will require your property reference and unique pin to register, which can be found on your printed demands. If you do not know your unique property reference please click here to submit a request to receive your unique property reference.
Once you have registered and confirmed the account, you will be able to access your account, make online payments and view and download documents relevant to your property. You will also be able to communicate with us by reporting repairs online or submitting enquiries.

In the event that there is more than one name associated with the property, please nominate one email address as the log in. This person’s email address will become the user name that is used to log in to the website and all email correspondence will be sent to it.

PLEASE NOTE: if you hold more than one account within the Crabtree portfolio including service charge and ground rent accounts for  the same property, you will need to register each account separately, using the same email address and password. 

It is essential that once registered you maintain a current email address. If you chose to receive documents by email and your email address changes, please update your profile to reflect the change.

Please note: If you are a tenant rather than a property owner then, unfortunately, you can not register for our online services.  For data protection and security reasons, only the person or persons listed on our database as the registered legal owner of a property under our management can register.

To re-set your password, select the following link, Login, enter your email address and select “Send reminder”.

Please note: Our automated emails are sent from, sometimes these emails go in to the spam or junk folders of the recipient or if it is a company email they are blocked by your administrators. We would be grateful if you would check in all of your mailbox folders to see if you have received the reminder email.

The details we hold for you can be updated via your online account once you have logged in by selecting “Edit my profile” located on the right hand-side of the screen.

The following two options will appear:

  • Change Login details – select this option if you would like to update your email address or password
  • Change Contact details – select this option if you would like to update any of the following: correspondence address, telephone number, mobile number or online account preferences such as receiving correspondence via email or receiving SMS messages.
You will have to opportunity to access up to date information in relation to your development and property on the go and at your own convenience. You will be able to take advantage of all the benefits our tenant portal has to offer:
  • Access documentation relating to your account and the development
  • Receive statements, demands and all correspondence via email
  • View  your up to date account balance
  • Request items such as keys and parking permits
  • Report repairs online
  • Make payments online
  • Receive SMS alerts
  • Register multiple accounts using the same login credentials and access all accounts via one login
