If you have an online account with us, you can log in and make a payment by debit card. If you have not yet registered for an online account, click here for more information on how to do this.

To enquire whether this method of payment is available for your property, please log in to your online account and complete the direct debit application form. This should only take a few minutes. Once the completed form has been submitted, we will contact you to confirm that your direct debit is now in place along with details of any forthcoming payments.

You can pay by debit card using our automated telephone payment service. Please dial 020 8371 7070 and choose option 2. You will need your six-digit telephone payment code which can be found at the bottom of any demand you have received from us.

Your property reference number can be found on the top left of any correspondence you receive from us. It is important that this is entered correctly to ensure the payment is allocated to your account.
