Qube Support Assistant

Reports to: Systems and Projects Manager
Based at:
Marlborough House,
298 Regents Park Road, London, N3
Hours of work:
9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

Job Purpose:

The main purpose of this role is to assist in the support of the Qube Property Management System and associated customer portal. The Support Assistant will be an integral part of the team helping to maintain the smooth running of the System. The role will also involve creating documentation and training where appropriate. The Support Assistant will be required to work on projects to improve the IT Estate across the Fexco Property Services Group. This role offers flexible working arrangements and will require some travel to other locations within the Group. Full training will be given to the successful candidate.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Resolving support queries from users across the Group
  • Logging support calls and their resolution to create a knowledge base for user self help
  • Supporting customer facing portals
  • Assisting with the evaluation of processes on current and new systems
  • Conducting User Acceptance Testing and maintaining accurate records of Test results
  • Creating documentation on new processes for training purposes
  • Training on specific processes
  • Liaising with key people across the business to ensure requirements are adequately provided in the application

Person Specification:

  • Experience of the Qube Property Management application and associated portals preferable
  • Good IT skills – in particular Word and Excel
  • An interest in developing streamlined processes
  • A flexible attitude with an interest in learning about new applications and technology
  • Good interpersonal and time management skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines
