Understanding Our Clients and Delivering The Highest Standards of Service

At the recent Crabtree Group Conference Peter Williamson, Regional Manager in our Central London Office, delivered an engaging presentation addressing the importance of customer service.

The presentation invited the audience to consider how well they knew their clients and how they might be able to increase standards of customer service in all areas of our business.

Peter included his own ‘property management’ version of Family Fortunes, the popular television show, in order to maximise audience participation.

Peter has made a major contribution to the Central London team since his arrival earlier this year and he is committed to growing the portfolio managed by our Westminster office.

The 10th annual conference also saw interactive presentations from Steve Harris, Group Insurance Controller and the Business Development Department depicting the evolution in the types of properties managed and the growth in client relationship management. Michael Fallon, Facilities Supervisor, also conducted a well-received presentation emphasising the Group’s environmental and corporate social responsibilities.

The conference also celebrated 10 year service accolades for Bill Pryke and Elaine Thatcher as well as marking 20 years with the company for Group Chairman, Terry White.
