Shortlisted For 2015 Business Charity Awards

The Crabtree Property Group has been shortlisted at the 2015 Business Charity Awards which take place on Tuesday 19th May 2015.

2014 saw the Crabtree Property Group embark on a huge fundraising campaign to raise £30,000 for The Lullaby Trust to mark the 30th anniversary of the business. This was made even more challenging considering an average of £10,000-11,000 had been raised in previous years.

The charity effort saw great collaboration and engagement within the company and saw three main activities – the 62 mile London to Brighton walk, a 10,000 ft sky dive and Fun Day incorporating a 5km, 10km and children’s run accompanied by a number of fundraising initiatives from bake sales to poker evenings alongside individual external activities. Male staff even grew beards for a month to raise funds and awareness. Input from all levels of staff meant the Group not only reached the ambitious £30,000 target but raised a grand total of £33,150.

The Crabtree Property Group is amongst an array of high profile companies and being shortlisted speaks volumes of the collaboration across the company.
