If any of our lessees are unfortunate enough to suffer an emergency, Crabtree are on hand, 24 hours a day, every day, to assist them and minimalise the impact the emergency may have on the building or development. If an emergency occurs during normal working hours lessees simply call our office. However, if the emergency occurs outside normal office hours then our unique solution is to offer a personalised out of hours emergency assistance service. Lessees who require emergency assistance may telephone our usual office number and a recorded message will provide the mobile telephone numbers of two of our Property Managers who will be able to assess the problem and decide on the most appropriate course of action. The end result may well be that an ‘approved’ contractor is dispatched to the property to deal with the emergency.
Our many years of experience in the business have told us that this is the best way of tackling the problem of out of hour’s emergencies. Other agents simply do not assist their clients out of hours or ‘contract out’ the service to a call centre, whose staff have little, or no, knowledge of the client or the property.
No-one can anticipate when an emergency is likely to happen, but it could happen to any of our clients at any time. We do not charge any additional costs for this service, it is available to all of our clients free of charge.
